Child Safety Standards

HeyMate is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or any content or conduct that endangers minors.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse material or sexualized content involving minors.
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor.
• Content that promotes, normalizes, facilitates, or solicits child exploitation.
• Misrepresenting age to contact or exploit a minor.

Prevention and enforcement

HeyMate uses account eligibility controls, content review, user reporting, blocking, and moderation enforcement to reduce abuse. Violating content may be removed and involved accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

Reporting concerns

Users can report content or accounts and block other users directly in the HeyMate app. For urgent child-safety concerns, email support@getheymate.com with relevant details. Do not send or attach illegal imagery.

Cooperation with authorities

We review credible reports promptly, preserve relevant records where legally required, and report apparent child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations when required by applicable law.
